Old News.....

I always remember that Biggie died on March 9th cause of that old Can-I-Bus song where he spit that verse "the greatest rapper of all-time died on March 9th..."

And that always reminds me of what happened on March 10th...

12 years ago I was different person, young, not giving a fuck, consumed by graffiti, on some crazy 3 month graff crack binge to kill the city...

Honestly looking back it wasn't that big of deal compared to how other heads have crushed shit before us and after us, but the news jumped on the story and made our names more famous then we ever could have on our own... Big thanks the Miami Herald, Sun Sentinal and to Channel 4, 6, 7, 10 and all them telemundo spanish stations too!

Sometimes I sit back and think about the good ole days when I first got down with the crew, back when Doper was King of Carol City, when Sege was Chief of the Reservation, and when Crome was Crome!

All the homies from back in them days, no matter where you at today I just wanted to give you a shout out, Bane for bringing me around the crew back when I was a nobody, Crome n Gear for letting a nigga live on the couch, Doper for not hating on a young toy at Agripost, letting me paint on the Beno wall and showing me how to drop my 3-d, and then Negro buffing it the next day! What up Negz! For Sege always letting me and Crome come to the crib late night we when were up in Broward, chilling @ the crib smoking that Seminole shit! RIP Big Homie! Chilling with Triax n Eros @ the crazy multi-color apartment off biscayne... Back when Heat used to write Take, nigga was always rapping and shit! What up Heat? For all the homies that been down since way back and still rep for the crew, Hest, 5, Kemo, Eser & Logek... and all the other homies that got down after me and have kept this crew alive for so long..... hope I didnt forget anyone, I got love for all you homies.

Rest in peace Beno, Sege, Nes and the Young King of the crew Ynotse!

MSG for life Triple OG's.

Nice pics and story! always good to look back. you guys are lucky to know each other. i dont know any writers and everything is self-taught. plus its hard to meet writers because it seems like if you're not as good as they are they want nothing to do with you. they forget they too were once a beginer trying to find their style and make clean lines. I cant tell you how many of you out there i looked up to until i met you. Ill never be that way when someone steps to me for advise or help.

The history goes way further back then that. Coma, Car,Amer, Obey, Sef, Medx, Twisk, Brisk, Ucer, Charm & Dask were all a major parts of the crew in my day. Gotta pay respect to those who came before you and paved the way.

MSG is like a big family...

with alot of different generations of homies that killed it in there prime for the team...

think back to every MSG member and look what they did in there prime repping for MSG...

thats an impressive body of work.

I was lucky back then to get down with the crew, its been some of the best and worst parts of my life and has indirectly lead me to where I am in my life now... and thats why I love MSG, because my crew has become my family.... doesnt matter if you still get down or if that chapter of your life has chilled out, you earned your stripes for the crew however you could, some of us still get down, some of us are done, but it dont matter, what matters is the bond we all share repping for that Mutha Fucking MSG Crew!

I love my homies.

No homo.
