Nice work. This post seems like a good place to ask some questions that have been on my mind for awhile. which is bigger graffiti or hip hop? is graffiti always hip hop? is it okay for "rappers" or "emcees" who are not writers to rap about graffiti? or are they jumping on a bandwagon, trying to sound, "true" and legit, say like being "gangsta" was in the early 90's?
graff was never HIP HOP... punk rock was more GRAFF! hip hop sold out itself. also graff unites... have you ever really listened to hip hop lyrics... and WHO are their #1 fans, (did you go to the MURS show? HE SAID IT HIMSELF). that's why i burn hip hop, except for NONPHIXION and buy my fucking METAL!!!
YOU Trippin-Graff was first element, movement of the underclass, minority,of the people.Hip-Hop was the voice of the youth, underprivileged, not f!#$#$ art. Government called it a fad, because they like the way little Bobby start jocking, they knew what power in consists. That why Government took it over, for rookie like you can get confuse. So keep calling yourself Niggas.
There fans of Hip-Hop, and that good. So keep Cheering, Organization Skill kills more devil the bullets

"Organization Skill kills more devil the bullets",
Funny, I used to listen to jeru when I was young. Now that I am older,I realize he was self righteous, full shit, on some pseudo science shit. But, like all good rappers, he is good at talking. And I read an interview with him recently, and it seems he feels the same way, somewhere under his callous facade. In defense of the third post, punk rock seems to satisfy all statements:
"movement of the underclass, minority,of the people... voice of the youth, underprivileged, not f!#$#$ art. Government called it a fad, because they like the way little Bobby start jocking, they knew what power in consists, took it over" in the first paragraph above, except, "calling yourselves niggas"
Second, I am not a fan of hiphop, that does not mean I am ignorant of it, and its roots..
The aggressive tone was uncalled for..but I have come to expect that of "hip hop".

i think in san antone tx they write on cows and blast rebel flag honky tonk!!
It is not that HIP HOP has died, or that HIP HOP is wack.
It is the media and all these radio stations that call and label things hip hop that are not HIP HOP.
They play R & B and say it is Hip Hop.
With HIP HOP you have to speak the knowledge while being hip, and not always make them hop.
