LATER THAT DAY...
Funny story behind this... After snapping the photo of these ladies cleaning off their wall i yelled at them "Keep Graffiti Alive, Fuck The Buff!!!" I think I got a nasty look from them and they quickly walked away. But as of today, it is still running half buffed (blue only).
